Flagler County Public Schools, in conjunction with the Flagler County Educators Association is hosting a meeting to share information with parents on Thursday, March 10 - 6pm at the Government Services Building in the School Board chambers. Colleen Wood, founder of 50th No More, a grassroots public education advocacy group, will be presenting information to parents about becoming advocates for the children of Flagler County and the public schools they attend. Janet Valentine, Superintendent of Flagler County Schools, will also be presenting information about the State of Education and the possible consequences of the state’s budget and how your child will be affected by these changes.
